The Logic Group is a leading provider of software solutions for payment card processing and loyalty systems. Logic Group software captures loyalty card information so that organisations can gain insight into customer-spending patterns and drive sales. The group is an established market leader for loyalty systems, working with scheme members for Nectar, a coalition scheme that has signed up 50% of UK households.

Operating with any form of payment card and in any environment, the company's software handles more than £100 billion (€ 145 billion) worth of transactions, across 250,000 points of sale, a year in the UK alone. The company’s software continues to play a central role in the UK’s migration to Chip & PIN, having already upgraded over 100,000 points of sale.

The Logic Group provides an extensive range of professional services to all its clients, including project and implementation management, technical consultancy, bank accreditation services and training. The group’s professional services team have delivered many complex and multi-disciplinary IT projects on a national and international basis. Projects are managed using proven methodologies, such as Prince2, and delivered to a set of clearly defined milestones to ensure fast and smooth delivery with minimal disruption to existing systems.

Managed Services and Outsourced Options
The Logic Group provides a range of resilient and cost-effective managed services that handle transaction processing, IP networking and loyalty schemes on behalf of clients. Around 200 million card transactions are currently processed by us every year, taking transactions from 23 countries across four continents, with volumes significantly in excess of the total number of transactions processed within many of these countries across the same period. We manage loyalty programmes for over 25 million cardholders, with five million subscriber communications distributed each year.
