Managed Loyalty Services perform a one-stop-shop option for companies looking to introduce a loyalty card programme. We offer such services as database management on behalf of clients, as well as a range of outsourced services, such as data analysis, marketing campaign management, consumer helplines and loyalty programme design. These specialist services help clients retain existing customers and lead to increased sales through greater customer insight. |
Around 200 million loyalty and payment card transactions are currently processed by the company every year, (with peaks in excess of 500,000 in a day) taking transactions from 23 countries across four continents, with volumes significantly in excess of the total number of transactions processed within many of these countries across the same period. Loyalty card schemes are managed for over 25 million subscribers, with over five million subscriber communications per annum.
