With the continued expansion of loyalty schemes across the high street, knowledge of consumer spending patterns has never been more important to driving sales. The company’s System for Loyalty Administration and Management (SLAM) is a central customer loyalty system that uses the powerful Oracle database engine. It provides a comprehensive set of management information reports as well as facilities for data mining and marketing campaign management.
Managed Loyalty Services is an end-to-end solution that managing loyatly schemes on behalf of clients, including such functions as database management, data analysis, marketing campaign management, consumer helplines and loyalty programme design.
The group's Insight consultants provide a wide range of data analysis services for clients, including customer segmentation, demographic profiling, churn modelling, customer acquisition & retention strategies, questionnaire & weblog analysis, campaign evaluation & ROI analysis as well as targeted campaign management and other services.

The Logic Group has also enhanced its industry leading Solve/SE authorisation and validation product to enable it to accept E-Gift and loyalty transactions from a choice of leading third party providers. Electronic gift cards offer accurate, real-time information on customer purchasing, such as the ability to track redemptions across multiple locations or environments and can easily be integrated with store card and loyalty programmes.
